I facilitate studio workshops for adults in a range of areas: mixed media collage, book arts, children’s book illustrating, hand dyed silk, story quilts, and memory maps. Whether focusing on the magical world of illustrating for children or making sculptural book forms, my workshops engage a wide range of materials, including: cloth, fabric, thread, paint, dye, maps, poetry, paper, letters. My sessions offer a curriculum of playful and interactive studio activities that integrate textures and colors, patterns and collage, for beginners and experienced artists alike.
